بغداد اليوم- بغداد أعلنت قيادة شرطة ديالى، اليوم الأحد، ( 5 تموز 2026 )، عن الإطاحة بمتهم هارب مطلوب عن جريمة قتل في العاصمة بغداد. وذكرت شرطة ديالى في بيان، تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، ان "مفارز قسم مكافحة إجرام ديالى من إلقاء القبض على متهم هارب مطلوب للقضاء وفق أحكام المادة (405) عن جريمة قتل، وذلك بعد عملية أمنية نوعية اتسمت بالدقة والسرية". وأوضحت "جاءت عملية القبض بعد متابعة استخبارية مكثفة وتحريات دقيقة أسفرت عن تحديد مكان وجود المتهم في محافظة بغداد، حيث تم تنفيذ كمين محكم أسفر عن إلقاء القبض عليه ومن ثم تسليمه إلى الجهة الطالبة أصولياً لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية بحقه".
