مصرف الطيف: لا أرباح للمودعين لعام 2026 ويعلن شروط الودائع
بغداد اليوم - بغداد أعلن مصرف الطيف الإسلامي اليوم "الجمعة 25 أيلول"، شروطه لكسر الودائع من قبل المودعين لديه نظرا لشحة السيولة المالية التي يم بها المصرف. وبحسب بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، فقد أعلن المصرف، ان هيئة الراي الشرعي لديه اوصت بــ "منح الزبون أرباحه المتحققة لعام 2024 وخمسين بالمئة من ارباع 2025، فيما لا يستحق الزبون المودع أي أرباح عن وديعته لعام 2026". وتابع "عند بداية السنة القادمة سيتم تنظيم ملق عقد لعقد الوديعة الأصلي بصفة عقد صلح ويتضمن شروطا جديدة ونسب عوائد ومدة زمنية جديدة في حال الرغبة بالاستمرار، وفي حال كسر الوديعة تسري الشروط الواردة في المادة السابقة". وأضاف "في حال قيام الزبون بكسر الوديعة خلال هذه الفترة وقبل نهاية السنة الحالية فسيتم استقطاع كافة الأرباح المستلمة وحسب بنود عقد الوديعة ويتم استلام مبالغها حسب نسب السحب التي ستحدد لاحقا"، مؤكدا "في حال عدم رغبة الزبون بما ورد، يتم الاستمرار ببنود الوديعة حتى تاريخ استحقاقها". يشار الى ان مصرف الطيف الإسلامي يعاني من ازمة سيولة مادية حادة قادت الى فقدان المودعين القدرة على سحب أموالهم المودعة في المصرف، ما تسبب بخروج مظاهرات للمودعين امام مقره في بغداد.
