بغداد اليوم - الدوحة وقعت هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية، اليوم الأربعاء (23 أيلول 2026)، وبحضور سفارة جمهورية العراق في قطر، مذكرة تفاهم مع جهاز الرقابة المالية والإدارية للدولة في سلطنة عمان، وذلك على هامش أعمال الدورة السادسة لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية العربية لمكافحة الفساد المنعقدة في الدوحة. وذكرت الهيئة في بيان تابعته "بغداد اليوم"، أن "المذكرة وقعها عن الجانب العراقي رئيس هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية د. محمد اللامي، وعن الجانب العماني رئيس جهاز الرقابة الإدارية والمالية الشيخ غصن بن هلال العلوي". وأضافت أن "المذكرة تتضمن التعاون الثنائي في مجال تعزيز النزاهة ومكافحة الفساد"، مؤكدة أنها "تهدف إلى إرساء أطر التعاون الثنائي وتبادل الخبرات بين الجانبين في هذا المجال".

بغداد اليوم - بغداد توقعت الهيئة العامة للأنواء الجوية والرصد الزلزالي، اليوم الأربعاء (23 أيلول 2026)، أن يكون طقس البلاد صحواً مع ظهور بعض الغيوم المتفرقة في المنطقة الجنوبية، مشيرة إلى أن درجات الحرارة العظمى تسجل قيماً مقاربة ليوم أمس في المنطقتين الوسطى والشمالية، مع ارتفاع قليل في المنطقة الجنوبية. وذكرت الهيئة في بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن "الرياح تكون شمالية غربية خفيفة إلى معتدلة السرعة، مع نشاط على فترات في الأقسام الغربية من البلاد قد يثير الغبار الخفيف في المناطق الصحراوية"، لافتة إلى أن "الرؤية الأفقية قد تتردى في بعض المناطق الشرقية من المنطقة الشمالية". وأضافت أن "درجات الحرارة العظمى تُسجل في بغداد وكربلاء وصلاح الدين 43 درجة مئوية، فيما تسجل كركوك، نينوى، والأنبار 41، وأربيل 40، والسليمانية 38، ودهوك 37، فيما تسجل ديالى، النجف، وبابل 44 درجة مئوية". وتابعت الهيئة أن "محافظات واسط، الديوانية، والمثنى تسجل 46 درجة مئوية، في حين تسجل محافظات ميسان، ذي قار، والبصرة 47 درجة مئوية".
