بغداد اليوم - بغداد استضاف مجلس القضاء الأعلى، اليوم الأربعاء (16 أيلول 2026)، اجتماعاً تخصصياً ناقش طبيعة الأدلة الرقمية لجرائم الابتزاز الإلكتروني وآليات التعامل مع خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي القادرة على التزييف. وذكر بيان لإعلام القضاء، تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن "المشرف القضائي القاضي ناصر عمران حضر الاجتماع ممثلاً عن مجلس القضاء الأعلى، إلى جانب ممثلين عن جهاز الأمن الوطني، والمركز الوطني للأمن السيبراني، وهيئة الإعلام والاتصالات". وأضاف البيان أن "الاجتماع شهد مناقشة إعداد دليل استرشادي متكامل يوضح طبيعة الأدلة الرقمية لجرائم الابتزاز الإلكتروني، ويتضمن آلية عمل خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي القادرة على التزييف وأسس التعامل معها". وأشار إلى أن "هذا الخطوة تأتي بما يعزز كفاءة الأداء القضائي، ويرتقي بمستوى العمل المؤسسي في مواجهة الجرائم الإلكترونية".
