كتبت.. فينوس بابان تجيء الدعوة الصريحة لزعيم التيار الوطني الشيعي، مقتدى الصدرفي أعقاب التطورات الميدانية الأخيرة واستهداف المقار الأمنية لتضع المشهد السياسي العراقي والإقليمي أمام لحظة فارقة، إن المطالبة بتحييد العراق عن صراعات الوكالة ودعوة الحرس الثوري الإيراني والفصائل للتوقف عن إقحام البلاد في الحروب ليست مجرد موقف عابر، بل هي إعادة تعريف استراتيجية لقواعد اللعبة الأمنية وسيادة الدولة. من يتأمل أبعاد المبادرة يدرك أنها لا تُخاطب العاطفة العامة فحسب بل تصيغ معادلة واقعية مفادها: إن الاستمرار في استنزاف الموارد عبر صراعات الوكالة والذارئع المتبادلة لم يعد خياراً مكلفاً فحسب، بل بات تهديداً مباشرا ًلاستدامة الدولة ووجودها. تفكيك الرسائل والأبعاد الاستراتيجية للشارع العراقي.. تحويل التعبئة إلى مشروع استقرار استجابة للإنهاك المجتمعي.. إعادة رسم العلاقة مع الجمهور بطرح السيد الصدر كـ صمام أمان لمشروع الدولة والسلام والتنمية بدلاً من دور قائد الاحتجاجات والتجييش الميداني. السيادة والكرامة.. ربط أمن المواطن اليومي بفرض السيادة الاتحادية وكبح التصرفات التي تمنح الذرائع للعدوان الخارجي. إنهاء الحروب بالإنابة.. ترسيخ مبدأ العراق أولاً برفض تحويل أراضيه إلى مسرح للصراعات الإقليمية. لصانع القرار والحكومة.. غطاء سياسي ومسؤولية تاريخية تفعيل السلطة والحوكمة.. منح الجهاز التنفيذي غطاءً سياسياً لإسقاط الذرائع وتحويل السيادة الشكلية إلى سيادة فعلية تُفرض على المعابر والمؤسسات وحصر السلاح. السلام كشرط تنموي.. التأكيد على أن المشاريع الاستراتيجية (كـ طريق التنمية والحوكمة الرقمية) لا يمكن أن تثمر في بيئة مهددة بالسلاح المنفلت مما يجعل السلام شرطاً وجودياً للتنمية. حصرية قرار الحرب والسلم.. تؤكد المبادرة في جوهرها على ضرورة العودة الصارمة إلى الأحكام الدستورية التي تنص بوضوح على أن قرار الحرب والسلم وحمل السلاح هو اختصاص حصري للمؤسسات الاتحادية الدستورية ولا يحق لأي طرف مجتمعي أو حزبي أو إقليمي موازاة سلطة الدولة. البنية التحتية غير المرئية.. إن السلام الاستراتيجي ليس مجرد غياب للقت

بغداد اليوم- بغداد أدانت السفارة الإيرانية في بغداد، اليوم الأربعاء، ( 29 تموز 2026 )، الهجوم الذي استهدف مقرات الحشد الشعبي فجر اليوم. وأكدت السفارة الإيرانية في بيان، تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن "أمن العراق وكرامته هما أمن إيران وكرامتها". وأعربت السفارة عن تعازيها لشعب العراق، مشددة في الوقت ذاته على "دعم إيران الراسخ لاستقلال واستقرار جارتها العزيزة". وكانت عدد من مواقع التابعة لهيئة الحشد الشعبي قد تعرضت لهجمات فجر اليوم استهدفت عددا من المحافظات، وسط تصاعد ردود الفعل السياسية والدعوات إلى حماية السيادة العراقية واتخاذ موقف رسمي إزاء التطورات الأمنية الأخيرة.
