بغداد اليوم - بغداد تقدم وزير النفط باسم محمد خضير العبادي، اليوم الثلاثاء ( 21 تموز 2026 )، بطلب رسمي إلى مجلس النواب لاستضافته، مؤكداً استعداده للإجابة عن جميع أسئلة النواب وتوضيح إجراءات الوزارة وخططها في مختلف الملفات. وأكد الوزير، بحسب بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن "هذه الخطوة تأتي في إطار تعزيز الشفافية والتعاون بين السلطتين التنفيذية والتشريعية، وإطلاع الرأي العام على تفاصيل عمل وزارة النفط والإجراءات المتخذة في مختلف الملفات".

الداخلية تحيل لواء إلى القضاء بتهمة تسريب وثائق سرية
بغداد اليوم - بغداد أفاد مصدر أمني، اليوم الثلاثاء ( 21 تموز 2026 )، بأن وزارة الداخلية أحالت ضابطاً برتبة لواء، بصفة متهم، إلى محاكم الجزاء المدنية المختصة، في خطوة وصفها بأنها رسالة حاسمة تؤكد مضي الوزارة في مكافحة الفساد. وقال المصدر لـ"بغداد اليوم"، إن "وزارة الداخلية، عبر دائرتها القانونية ومن خلال محكمة قوى الأمن الداخلي، أحالت ضابطاً برتبة لواء بصفة متهم يعمل في مقر الوزارة إلى محاكم الجزاء المدنية المختصة، بعد ثبوت مقصريته بشأن الاستحواذ على وثائق سرية وتسريبها إلى الغير من دون مسوغ قانوني، فضلاً عن إخفاء أوراق تحقيقية بما يحقق منفعة لمتهم متورط بمحاولة الاستيلاء على المال العام، بما يتعارض مع واجبات الوظيفة ويضر بالمصلحة العامة". وأضاف أن "هذه الخطوة تؤكد أن وزارة الداخلية ماضية في مكافحة الفساد والتجاوزات الوظيفية، وأن الرتب والمناصب لن تكون عائقاً أمام تطبيق القانون، فيما يبقى الفصل في المسؤولية الجزائية من اختصاص القضاء المختص، الذي سيتولى النظر في التهم المحالة إليه وفق الأصول القانونية".
