بغداد اليوم - ديالى أعلنت الهيئة العامة للأنواء الجوية والرصد الزلزالي، اليوم الاثنين ( 20 تموز 2026 )، تسجيل هزة أرضية صباح اليوم قرب الحدود العراقية الإيرانية في محافظة ديالى. وذكرت الهيئة، في بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، إن "الهزة وقعت على بعد نحو 90 كيلومتراً شرق مدينة خانقين، وبلغت قوتها 4.5 درجات على مقياس ريختر، وبعمق 10 كيلومترات". وأضافت أن "المواطنين شعروا بها في عدد من المناطق". ودعت المواطنين إلى عدم تداول الشائعات والأخبار غير الدقيقة، والالتزام بالإرشادات والوصايا الزلزالية الصادرة عن الجهات المختصة.

النزاهة تضبط مسؤولة في ديوان ديالى بتهمة الإضرار بالمال العام
بغداد اليوم - بغداد أعلنت هيئة النزاهة الاتحاديَّة، اليوم الإثنين ( 20 تموز 2026 )، ضبط مسؤولٍ في حسابات ديوان مُحافظة ديالى؛ تسبَّب بخطئه الجسيم في إلحاق الضرر بأموال ومصالح الجهة التي يعمل بها. وأوضحت الهيئة في بيان تلقته بغداد اليوم"، أنَّ "الفريق المُؤلَّف في مكتب تحقيق ديالى، ضبط مسؤولة شعبة في ديوان المُحافـظة؛ لقيامها بتسليم خطاب الضمان الخاصّ بمشروع صيانة وإكساء شوارع مدينة بعقوبة إلى المُدير المُفوَّض للشركة المُنفّذة، بالرغم من عدم تسلُّم المشروع ووجود مُخالفاتٍ فيه، زاعمة أنَّها قامت بذلك لاعتقادها بانتفاء الحاجة إليه"، وأنَّها توهَّمت أنَّ "المشروع تمَّ استلامه استلاماً نهائياً". وأضافت الهيئة إنَّ فريقها قام بالانتقال إلى موقع المشروع، ولاحظ وجود تصدُّعاتٍ وتخسُّفاتٍ وأضرارٍ جسيمةٍ في أحد الشوارع المُنفَّذة؛ بالرغم من مضي أشهرٍ قليلةٍ على تبليطه ضمن الأعمال المُحال تنفيذها على إحدى الشركات المحليَّة بمبلغ (1,261,600,000) مليار دينار، مُبيّنةً أنَّ المشروع لم يتمّ استلامه استلاماً نهائياً؛ لوجود أضرار غير مُعالجةٍ فيه، لافتةً إلى تأليف لجنة صيانةٍ أعدَّت كشفاً تخمينياً بالأضرار الحاصلة في تنفيذ الشارع، تمَّ إلغاؤها لاحقاً؛ لعدم وجود أماناتٍ خاصَّة بالشركة. وتابعت إنَّه "تمَّ تنظيم محضر ضبطٍ، وعرضه رفقة المُتَّهمة أمام أنظار قاضي محكمة تحقيق النزاهة في بعقوبة، الذي قرَّر إجراء التحقيق؛ استناداً إلى أحكام المادة (341) من قانون العقوبات".
