بغداد اليوم - بغداد كشف مسؤولون مطلعون في الحكومة لشبكة كردستان 24 اليوم (الثلاثاء 15 أيلول)، عن ابلاغ واشنطن للحكومة العراقية نيتها "إيقاف شحنات الدولار" الى العراق في حال لم تلتزم الفصائل بموعد نزع السلاح. وقالت الشبكة بحسب ما تابعت "بغداد اليوم"، إن مسؤولين عراقيين، رفضا الكشف عن هويتهما، ابلغا بأن واشنطن اخطرت بغداد انها "ستوقف شحنات الدولار الشهرية الى العراق في حال لم تلتزم الفصائل بموعد نزع السلاح المقرر في الثلاثين من الشهر الحالي". وتابعت، أن "المسؤولين اكدوا ان التحذير الأول بلغ الزيدي خلال زيارته الى واشنطن، حيث اكدت الإدارة الامريكية له ان الفشل في احتواء تهديد الفصائل المسلحة للمصالح الامريكية ومصالح دول المنطقة سيحمل عواقب وخيمة على العلاقات بين البلدين ومنها وصول العراق الى السيولة من الدولار". يشار الى ان احد المصدرين اكد للشبكة، ان واشنطن "بينت سابقا قدرتها التأثير وممارسة ضغط كبير على الاقتصاد العراقي حين اخرت شحنات الدولار الى العراق في وقت سابق"، بحسب وصفه.
