اجتماع أمني موسع لاستكمال نقل الملف الأمني داخل المدن إلى الداخلية
بغداد اليوم – بغداد ترأس الفريق أول الركن عبد الأمير الشمري، مدير مكتب القائد العام للقوات المسلحة، اليوم الاثنين (28 أيلول 2026)، اجتماعاً أمنياً موسعاً لمناقشة استكمال متطلبات انتقال الملف الأمني داخل المدن من قطعات وزارة الدفاع إلى تشكيلات وزارة الداخلية. وشهد الاجتماع حضور عدد من القادة والمسؤولين الأمنيين، إلى جانب مشاركة قادة العمليات والشرطة والأجهزة الأمنية في محافظات كربلاء والبصرة وميسان، عبر الدائرة التلفزيونية المغلقة. وجرى خلال الاجتماع استعراض الخطط الميدانية والآليات التنفيذية الخاصة باستكمال إجراءات التسليم والاستلام، فضلاً عن تقييم جاهزية القطعات، بما يضمن انتقالاً سلساً وإدارة كفؤة للسيطرة الأمنية داخل مراكز المحافظات والمدن. ويأتي الاجتماع في إطار التوجيهات الحكومية والخطط الاستراتيجية الرامية إلى إعادة توزيع المسؤوليات بين الأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية، بحيث تتولى وزارة الداخلية إدارة الملف الأمني الداخلي، فيما تتركز مهام وزارة الدفاع على حماية الحدود الوطنية وتأمين الأهداف الاستراتيجية. وأكد المجتمعون أهمية استكمال متطلبات الانتقال بما يعزز الاستقرار الداخلي، ويمنح الأجهزة التابعة لوزارة الداخلية الدور الرئيس في حفظ الأمن وحماية الممتلكات العامة والخاصة.
