بغداد اليوم - بغداد أعلنت هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية، اليوم الثلاثاء، صدور حكم حضوري بالسجن لمدة سبع سنوات بحق عضو مجلس النواب محمد فرمان شاهر سلمان الجبوري، عن ارتكابه جريمة الكسب غير المشروع، مع إلزامه برد قيمة الكسب وفرض غرامة مالية تعادلها، ليبلغ مجموعهما أكثر من 28 مليار دينار. وقالت الهيئة في بيان، تلقته "بغداد اليوم "إن محكمة جنايات مكافحة الفساد المركزية أصدرت الحكم استنادا إلى أحكام المادة 19/ثانيا من قانون هيئة النزاهة والكسب غير المشروع رقم 30 لسنة 2011 المعدل. وأضافت أن المحكمة ألزمت المدان برد قيمة الكسب غير المشروع البالغة 11,795,949,238 دينارا عراقيا و1,729,300 دولار، مع فرض غرامة مالية تعادل قيمة الكسب غير المشروع، ليبلغ مجموع المبالغ المحكوم بردها والغرامة 28,157,250,476 دينارا. وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن المحكمة أصدرت قرار حكم آخر بحق المدان يقضي بحبسه حبسا شديدا لمدة ثلاث سنوات عن جريمة الإخفاء، مع تطبيق العقوبة الأشد، مؤكدة تأييد الحجز الواقع على أمواله المنقولة وغير المنقولة. ولفتت إلى أن المحكمة أعطت الحق لهيئة النزاهة الاتحادية بالمطالبة بالتعويض عن الأضرار، بعد اكتساب قرار الحكم الدرجة القطعية
