بغداد اليوم - بغداد ناقشت لجنة الصحة ومكافحة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية النيابية، اليوم الأربعاء (23 أيلول 2026)، إجابات هيئة الضمان الصحي بشأن التعاقد مع مقدمي الخدمة، فيما أبدت ملاحظات وتعديلات تمهيداً لتعديل قانون دعم الأطباء رقم (36) لسنة 2016. وقالت اللجنة في بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم " ، إنها "عقدت اجتماعها الدوري الخامس برئاسة رئيس السن الدكتورة عديلة حمود، وحضور عدد من أعضائها، لمناقشة إجابات هيئة الضمان الصحي المتعلقة بالأسئلة والاستفسارات الموجهة إليها سابقاً حول آليات العمل والتعاقد مع مقدمي الخدمات الصحية ضمن النظام". وأضاف البيان أن "الاجتماع شهد بحث مقترح تعديل قانون دعم الأطباء رقم (36) لسنة 2016، في ضوء الحاجة لتطوير أحكام القانون بما ينسجم مع المتغيرات والاحتياجات الفعلية للقطاع الصحي". وأشار إلى أن "التعديل يهدف إلى دعم الملاكات الطبية وتشجيع الأطباء على العمل في الاختصاصات والمناطق التي تشهد نقصاً في الخدمات الطبية"، مؤكداً أن "اللجنة سجلت جملة من الملاحظات والتعديلات تمهيداً لتضمينها ومناقشتها مع الجهات المعنية واستكمال الإجراءات التشريعية".
