النفط النيابية: هجوم وتصعيد ضد وزير النفط بعد قطعه لمنافع الفساد
بغداد اليوم - بغداد كشف عضو لجنة النفط والغاز والثروات الطبيعية النيابية، النائب ربيع الموسوي اليوم الثلاثاء (22 أيلول 2026)، عن وجود ضغوطات وسياسات لعرقلة محاربة الفساد داخل وزارة النفط، مشيراً إلى أن وزير النفط رفض كتاباً الصادر من رئاسة الوزراء بتاريخ (15 آب 2026) والمتضمن ترشيح (حسين علي شمخي) لمنصب مدير عام شركة توزيع المنتجات النفطية. وذكر الموسوي في تصريح متلفز تابعته "بغداد اليوم"، أن الوزير رفض هذا الترشيح كونه يمثل نفس الكتلة والجهة التي أدارت الشركة سابقاً وكان المرشح يعد 'الذراع الأيمن' للمدير السابق المعتقل بتهم فساد حسين طالب. وأضاف أن "الجهات المتضررة من قطع منافع الفساد في مفاصل الوزارة تشن اليوم هجوماً وتصعيداً ضد الوزير"، مؤكداً أن "إدارة المفاصل المهمة بالوكالة حالياً جاءت لمواجهة الضغوطات لحين التحقق واختيار شخصيات نزيهة بكفاءة وأصالة، إذ لا يمكن تغيير كافة المسؤولين في آن واحد دون استغراق الوقت الكافي".

بغداد اليوم - بغداد كشف عضو لجنة النزاهة النيابية النائب فاروق الياسري، اليوم الثلاثاء (22 أيلول 2026)، عن وجود خروقات وشبهات فساد في قسم مستودع ومحطة ضخ الناصرية التابع لشركة خطوط الأنابيب النفطية بمحافظة ذي قار، تمثلت بصرف مليار و407 ملايين و500 ألف دينار لشراء مياه الشرب (آر أوه). وذكر الياسري في تصريح متلفز تابعته "بغداد اليوم"، أن "تقرير ديوان الرقابة المالية أثبت صرف هذا المبلغ خلال 86 يوماً فقط بحجة تزويد مفارز شرطة الطاقة بالمياه، وبواقع معدل صرف يومي يبلغ نحو 16 مليون و366 ألف دينار". وأوضح أن "التقرير أشار إلى أن الصرف تم خارج الصلاحيات المالية والإدارية وبدون موافقات رسمية من المدير العام، كما أن الوصولات المقدمة كانت وهمية وغير حقيقية، إذ تم أخذ كميات المياه مجاناً من داخل موقع القسم وتوزيعها بآليات (تانكرات) حكومية تابعة للشركة دون اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية صارمة لردع هذه التجاوزات".
