بغداد اليوم – بغداد أكد رئيس خلية الإعلام الأمني سعد معن، اليوم الاثنين، أن القانون يفرض عقوبات بحق مروجي الخطاب الطائفي وخطاب الكراهية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مبينا أن بعض العقوبات قد تصل إلى السجن لمدة 10 سنوات وفقا للمواد القانونية النافذة. وقال معن إن تحديد المادة القانونية المنطبقة على كل حالة من اختصاص المحكمة المختصة، وذلك بعد استكمال الإجراءات التحقيقية وجمع الأدلة المتعلقة بالمخالفة. وأشار إلى قرب إطلاق منصة إلكترونية مخصصة للتبليغ عن المنشورات ذات الطابع الطائفي، موضحا أن التعامل مع المحتوى المخالف سيجري من خلال فرق أمنية وفنية وسيبرانية مختصة. وبين أن الفرق المعنية ستعمل على فرز المحتوى وتحديد طبيعة المخالفات، بما يميز بين الحالات الفردية والنشاطات المنظمة.
