خطة استراتيجية لمد أنبوب نفطي إلى جيهان وبانياس والعقبة
بغداد اليوم -بغداد أعلن وزير النفط باسم محمد خضير، اليوم السبت ( 18 تموز 2026)، أن العراق سيطوي نهائياً ملف حرق الغاز المصاحب بحلول نهاية عام 2028، مؤكدا أن مشاريع تطوير الحقول الغازية ستقود إلى تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي وإنهاء استيراد الغاز، بالتزامن مع إعداد خطة استراتيجية لإنشاء شبكة أنابيب جديدة تفتح منافذ إضافية لتصدير النفط بعيداً عن الاعتماد على مضيق هرمز. وقال خضير، في تصريحات من العاصمة الأمريكية واشنطن، إن الوزارة تمضي بتنفيذ مشاريع متوازية في حقول غازية رئيسية، أبرزها حقل المنصورية وحقل عكاز، إلى جانب حقول أخرى، بهدف توفير كامل احتياجات العراق من الغاز وصولاً إلى إنهاء الاستيراد وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي. وأكد أن وزارة النفط تمتلك رؤية استراتيجية لتنويع منافذ تصدير النفط العراقي وعدم الاعتماد بشكل كامل على مضيق هرمز، مشيراً إلى أن الخطة تشمل توسيع التصدير عبر ميناء جيهان. وأضاف أن الوزارة وقعت مذكرة تفاهم مع ائتلاف يضم شركتين أمريكيتين هما (شفرون) و(تي اي كابيتال)، بالإضافة إلى شركة (يو سي) القطرية، لدراسة إنشاء أنبوب استراتيجي يمتد من البصرة إلى كركوك ثم إلى ميناء جيهان، مع بحث إنشاء فرع آخر يصل إلى ميناء بانياس، فيما تتضمن المرحلة الثانية من المشروع دراسة مد خط إضافي باتجاه ميناء العقبة. ويسعى العراق منذ سنوات إلى استثمار الغاز المصاحب الذي يُحرق في عدد من الحقول النفطية، بهدف تقليل الهدر وتوفير الوقود اللازم لمحطات إنتاج الكهرباء، فضلاً عن إنهاء الاعتماد على استيراد الغاز. كما تعمل الحكومة على تنويع منافذ تصدير النفط عبر مشاريع خطوط أنابيب إقليمية، في إطار تعزيز أمن الصادرات وتقليل المخاطر المرتبطة بالاعتماد على مسار واحد، خاصة في ظل التوترات التي قد تؤثر على الملاحة في مضيق هرمز.
