بغداد اليوم - متابعة لطالما ارتبط الآيس كريم في أذهان كثيرين بالمتعة الصيفية والسكريات الزائدة، لكن دراسات علمية رصدت مفارقة لافتة جعلته محط اهتمام الباحثين، بعدما أشارت إلى وجود علاقة بين تناوله باعتدال وانخفاض بعض مخاطر الأمراض الأيضية. وبحسب باحثين، فإن الأشخاص الذين يتناولون كميات محدودة من الآيس كريم بشكل منتظم، تصل إلى نحو نصف كوب يومياً في بعض الدراسات، سجلوا معدلات أقل للإصابة ببعض اضطرابات التمثيل الغذائي، كما رصدت دراسات واسعة ارتباطاً بين استهلاكه وانخفاض خطر الإصابة بالسكري من النوع الثاني وأمراض القلب. لكن العلماء يؤكدون أن "هذه النتائج لا تعني أن الآيس كريم أصبح غذاءً علاجياً أو أن السكريات والدهون الموجودة فيه تحمل فوائد مباشرة، إذ ما تزال أسباب هذه الظاهرة غير محسومة بشكل كامل". ويرجح بعض الباحثين أن "بروتين مصل اللبن الموجود في منتجات الألبان قد يكون له دور محتمل في تحسين تنظيم مستويات السكر في الدم، فيما تشير تفسيرات أخرى إلى أن الأشخاص الذين يتناولون الحلوى باعتدال قد يكونون في الأساس أكثر التزاماً بنمط حياة صحي ومتوازن". ويحذر الخبراء من تفسير النتائج على أنها "دعوة للإفراط في تناول الآيس كريم"، موضحين أن "الدراسات الرصدية تكشف وجود ارتباطات فقط ولا تثبت علاقة سببية مباشرة، وقد تتأثر بعوامل أخرى مثل النشاط البدني والنظام الغذائي العام". ويؤكد المختصون أن "القاعدة الأساسية للصحة الغذائية تبقى قائمة على التوازن، من خلال الاعتماد على الخضروات والفواكه والبروتينات والحبوب الكاملة، مع إمكانية إدخال الحلويات أحياناً ضمن نظام غذائي منظم، باعتبارها وسيلة للاستمتاع وتقليل الرغبة الشديدة بالسكريات وليس مصدراً لفائدة صحية بحد ذاتها". ومع تزايد الاهتمام بالخيارات الصحية، بدأت بعض الشركات بتقديم أنواع من الآيس كريم تحتوي على سعرات حرارية وسكريات أقل وبروتين أعلى، في محاولة للجمع بين متعة الحلوى ومتطلبات التغذية الحديثة. المصدر: وكالات

أكسيوس: هدنة 10 أيام بين واشنطن وطهران وخيارات لإدارة هرمز
بغداد اليوم - متابعة نقل موقع "أكسيوس"، اليوم الثلاثاء (21 تموز 2026)، أن وسطاء إقليميين قدموا مقترحاً جديداً لوقف إطلاق النار بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران لمدة 10 أيام، مع بحث خيارات لإدارة الوضع في مضيق هرمز. وبحسب الموقع، نقلاً عن مصدرين إقليميين مطلعين على جهود الوساطة، فإن "قطر ومصر وباكستان إلى جانب وسطاء إقليميين آخرين عرضوا المقترح على واشنطن وطهران بهدف خفض التصعيد وفتح مسار للمفاوضات". وأضاف "أكسيوس" أن مسؤولين أمريكيين أفادوا بأن "إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترامب تدرس مقترح الوسطاء"، مشيرين إلى أنها "حثت إسرائيل على تجنب اتخاذ أي خطوة قد تؤدي إلى إغلاق فرصة التهدئة الدبلوماسية". وكان ترامب قد أعلن في وقت سابق أن وقف إطلاق النار مع إيران "انتهى"، مع استمرار المفاوضات عبر قنوات غير مباشرة بوساطة دول إقليمية، في محاولة لمنع انزلاق المواجهة إلى تصعيد أوسع. المصدر: وكالات
