بغداد اليوم – بغداد أعلنت وزارة النقل، اليوم الأربعاء (16 أيلول 2026)، إنجاز المسودة الإطارية الخاصة بتطوير البنى التحتية لقطاع النقل في العراق، بالتعاون مع الجانب التركي، بعد سلسلة من الاجتماعات والمباحثات الفنية والقانونية والمالية بين الجهات المختصة في البلدين. وقال مدير عام الشركة العامة لسكك حديد العراق، المهندس محمد حبيب، في بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، إن المسودة أنجزت نتيجة الجهود والمتابعة المستمرة من وزير النقل وهب الحسني، لتفعيل مذكرات التفاهم المبرمة بين العراق وتركيا وتعزيز التعاون المشترك في مجال النقل والبنى التحتية. وأضاف حبيب أن المسودة تضمنت برنامجا لتنفيذ مقاطع مشروع طريق التنمية ومراحله التنفيذية، بما يتوافق مع الأولويات الفنية والجداول الزمنية المعتمدة ومتطلبات إنجاز المشروع. وأوضح أن المباحثات تناولت الجوانب القانونية والفنية والمالية وآليات التنفيذ، وصولا إلى إعداد إطار مؤسسي ينظم التعاون بين البلدين في تطوير مشاريع البنى التحتية وتحديث منظومات النقل. وأشار إلى أن المسودة الموقعة من ممثلي الجانبين سترفع إلى الجهات الحكومية العليا في العراق وتركيا لإجراء التدقيق والمراجعة النهائية واستكمال المتطلبات القانونية والمصادقة عليها، تمهيدا للانتقال إلى مراحل التفعيل والتنفيذ. وأكد الجانبان أن إنجاز المسودة يمثل خطوة لتنظيم التعاون العراقي التركي في قطاع النقل وتهيئة المتطلبات المؤسسية لتنفيذ المشاريع الاستراتيجية، وفي مقدمتها مشروع طريق التنمية، إلى جانب تعزيز فرص الاستثمار والتكامل الاقتصادي ودور العراق في حركة النقل والتجارة وسلاسل الإمداد الإقليمية والدولية.
