القضاء: يضبط تلاعباً ببيع 400 دونم من أملاك الدولة بالرمادي
بغداد اليوم - الانبار أعلنت السلطة القضائية، اليوم الاثنين (14 أيلول 2026)، كشف تلاعب وإهدار للمال العام في إجراءات بيع عقار تابع لدائرة عقارات الدولة بمساحة 400 دونم في محافظة الأنبار. وذكر إعلام القضاء في بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن محكمة تحقيق الرمادي المختصة بقضايا النزاهة، وبالتعاون والتنسيق المشترك مع مكتب تحقيق الأنبار التابع لهيئة النزاهة، تمكنت من ضبط تلاعب في احتساب القيمة المالية التقديرية للعقار. وأوضح البيان نقلاً عن القاضي المختص، أن "التحقيقات أسفرت عن تثبيت فارق مالي قدره أكثر من 18.4 مليار دينار عراقي جرى التفريط به لصالح المتلاعبين على حساب المال العام"، مؤكداً اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بصدد القضية.

بغداد اليوم - بغداد اشتكى ساكنو مجمع دار السلام السكني الواقع على شارع مطار المثنى بجانب جامعة آشور، اليوم الاثنين (14 أيلول 2026)، من قيام إدارة المجمع بفرض اشتراك شهري قدره 105 آلاف دينار لقاء أجور الخدمات والتنظيف، رغم استيفاء مبالغ إضافية عن أي صيانة تخص الكهرباء والماء والصحيات. ونقل الأهالي عبر مناشدة وردت لـ "بغداد اليوم"، تساءلهم عن جدوى دفع هذه المبالغ الشهرية العالية في ظل تحملهم تكاليف الصيانة الخاصة بشققهم بشكل منفصل، مشيرين إلى أن إدارة المجمع فرضت هذه الأجور حتى على أصحاب المئات من الشقق السكنية الشاغرة التي لم يُسكنها مالكوها لغاية الآن. وطالب المواطنون رئيس الوزراء وهيئة الاستثمار الوطنية بالتدخل العاجل للحد من هذه الإجراءات، معربين عن تذمرهم من انعدام المساحات الخضراء والخدمات الأساسية التي يُفترض توفرها داخل المجمع الاستثماري اسوة بباقي المجمعات.
