العراق وفرنسا توقعان 6 مذكرات تفاهم في باريس بحضور الزيدي وماكرون
بغداد اليوم – باريس شهد قصر الإليزيه الرئاسي في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس، اليوم الاثنين (14 أيلول 2026)، توقيع ست مذكرات وإعلانات نوايا وبروتوكولات تعاون بين العراق وفرنسا، برعاية رئيس مجلس الوزراء علي فالح الزيدي والرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون، وذلك ضمن زيارة الزيدي إلى فرنسا. وشملت الاتفاقات الموقعة عددا من المجالات، بينها الدفاع والطاقة والكهرباء والشباب والبحث والابتكار والتنمية والطيران المدني. وتضمنت المذكرات خطاب نوايا بين وزارة الدفاع العراقية وشركة “هرمتان” للذكاء الاصطناعي بشأن التعاون الاستراتيجي في مجال الدفاع الجوي، إلى جانب إعلان نوايا بين وزارة الدفاع العراقية ووزارة الجيوش الفرنسية بشأن تأمين المعدات العسكرية الفرنسية ضمن إطار إعادة الإعمار وتطوير قدرات الدفاع في العراق. كما شملت إعلان نوايا للشراكة في مجال تعزيز فرص الشباب والبحث والابتكار بين وزارتي الخارجية العراقية والفرنسية، وإعلانا آخر لتعزيز الشراكة مع منظمة التنمية الفرنسية (AFD). وفي قطاع الطاقة، جرى توقيع بروتوكول تعاون خاص بعقد تجهيز وبيع الغاز بين وزارة الكهرباء العراقية وشركة “توتال إنيرجيز”، فيما تضمن الاتفاق السادس إعلانا للتعاون في مجال الطيران المدني بين وزارتي النقل العراقية والفرنسية. وتأتي هذه الاتفاقات في إطار تعزيز التعاون العراقي الفرنسي وتوسيع الشراكة بين البلدين في المجالات الاقتصادية والتنموية والأمنية.

ماكرون يغرد بعد لقائه بالزيدي: نحرص على حماية مصالح فرنسا
بغداد اليوم - ترجمة نشر الرئيس الفرنسي ايمانويل ماكرون اليوم (الاثنين 14 أيلول)، تغريدة على منصة اكس حول مخرجات لقاءه مع رئيس الوزراء علي فالح الزيدي، مؤكدا ان مصالح فرنسا تتطلب "ضمان الاستقرار في الشرق الأوسط". وقال ماكرون بحسب ما ترجمت "بغداد اليوم"، ان المساهمة في استقرار منطقة الشرق الأوسط تتطلب "حماية مصالح الشعب الفرنسي"، مشددا "ذلك يتضمن تامين خطوط نقل الطاقة والعمل على نزع فتيل الازمة في المنطقة". وأضاف ماكرون "يجب العمل أيضا على تطوير طرق نقل بديلة للنفط تتجاوز مضيق هرمز"، متابعا "تعميق التعاون الأمني والدفاعي مع شركائنا في المنطقة يعني الاستمرار معا بجهودنا الحثيثة لمكافحة الإرهاب"، على حد وصفه. يشار الى ان رئيس الوزراء انهى لقاءه مع الرئيس الفرنسي ويستعد الان لمغادرة فرنسا نحو المانيا لعقد لقاءات مماثلة مع المستشار الألماني.
