بغداد اليوم - باريس بحث رئيس هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية محمد علي اللامي، مع رئيس المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية “الإنتربول” لوكاس فيليب، اليوم الاثنين (14 أيلول 2026)، سبل تعزيز التعاون الدولي لملاحقة المطلوبين بقضايا الفساد ومنع اتخاذهم دولا أخرى ملاذات للإفلات من العدالة. وذكر بيان لهيئة النزاهة تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن اللقاء جرى على هامش مشاركة اللامي ضمن الوفد الحكومي المرافق لرئيس مجلس الوزراء علي فالح الزيدي في زيارته إلى فرنسا، حيث ناقش الجانبان تطوير آليات التعاون وتفعيل قنوات الاتصال والتنسيق المباشر بشأن المطلوبين، فضلا عن تسريع تبادل المعلومات اللازمة لتعقبهم وملاحقتهم. وأكد اللامي أن الطبيعة العابرة للحدود لجرائم الفساد وما يرتبط بها من تهريب للأموال وانتقال المطلوبين بين الدول، تجعل التعاون الدولي ركنا أساسيا في مكافحتها، مشددا على ضرورة منع استغلال الحدود أو اختلاف الأنظمة والتشريعات للإفلات من الملاحقة القانونية. وأشار إلى أن تشديد إجراءات الملاحقة والتحري والتحقيق في العراق دفع بعض المتورطين إلى محاولة مغادرة البلاد والاحتماء خارج حدودها، ما يتطلب استجابة دولية سريعة وتنسيقا فاعلا مع الإنتربول والأجهزة النظيرة لتحديد أماكن وجود المطلوبين واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقهم. كما دعا رئيس هيئة النزاهة إلى تعزيز دعم الإنتربول لجهود العراق في مكافحة الفساد وملاحقة المطلوبين واسترداد عائدات جرائمهم، مؤكدا أن مواجهة الفساد العابر للحدود تتطلب شراكة دولية فاعلة تحول دون توفير أي ملاذ آمن للفاسدين. وتناول اللقاء أيضا آليات تسريع ملاحقة المطلوبين وتبادل المعلومات والأدلة والوثائق، إلى جانب تفعيل نقاط الاتصال والتنسيق المباشر بين الجانبين، فضلا عن تعزيز قدرات الملاكات العراقية عبر برامج التدريب المتخصصة وتبادل الخبرات في مجال ملاحقة المطلوبين واسترداد الأموال. واتفق الجانبان على مواصلة التنسيق وتطوير قنوات الاتصال وتبادل المعلومات والخبرات، بما يعزز سرعة الاستجابة لملفات المطلوبين بقضايا الفساد ويدعم جهود العراق في استرداد الأموال والأصول المتحصلة من الجرائم.
