بغداد اليوم - بغداد أعلن المركز الوطني للتعاون القضائي الدولي، اليوم الثلاثاء (8 أيلول 2026)، عن تعاون قضائي رفيع المستوى بين العراق وسلوفينيا، أسفر عن صدور حكم بالسجن لمدة خمس سنوات بحق عنصر ينتمي إلى عصابات داعش الإرهابية. وذكر بيان للمركز تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن التنسيق القضائي والدبلوماسي المتبادل وتبادل المعلومات والملفات الاستخبارية بين الأجهزة القضائية في البلدين أسهم بشكل مباشر في توفير الأدلة اللازمة لإدانة العنصر الإرهابي وإصدار الحكم القضائي بحقه وفق القوانين النافذة. وأكد البيان أن هذا الإنجاز يأتي في إطار الجهود المتواصلة التي يبذلها العراق لملاحقة عناصر التنظيمات الإرهابية وحرمانهم من الملاذات الآمنة، وتعزيز الشراكات القضائية الدولية لمكافحة الإرهاب العابر للحدود ومحاسبة المتورطين.

بغداد اليوم - بغداد أكد وزير المالية، فالح ساري، اليوم الثلاثاء (8 أيلول 2026)، دعم الوزارة للبرامج والمشاريع الخاصة بحماية الأطفال وتنميتهم، مشيراً إلى التوجه نحو تطبيق موازنة البرامج والأداء لتعزيز كفاءة الإنفاق الحكومي. وذكرت وزارة المالية في بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن الوزير استقبل وفداً من منظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسف) برئاسة ممثل المنظمة في العراق كريستيان سكوك، واستعرض الجانبان مجالات التعاون المشترك ودعم حقوق الطفل والخدمات الاجتماعية المرتبطة بالطفولة والتعليم. وأبدى وزير المالية استعداد الوزارة لتذليل كل المعوقات أمام تنفيذ مشاريع اليونيسف في البلاد، موضحاً أن "الوزارة تعمل على الانتقال التدريجي من نظام موازنة البنود إلى موازنة البرامج والأداء". وأضاف ساري أن هذا التحول يهدف إلى ربط الإنفاق الحكومي بالأهداف والنتائج الملموسة وقياس الأثر الفعلي للمشاريع، بما يضمن توجيه الموارد المالية نحو القطاعات ذات الأولوية وفي مقدمتها تطوير الخدمات الأساسية والاجتماعية.
