النزاهة والبرلمان يتفقان على تعزيز التعاون التشريعي والرقابي لمكافحة الفساد
بغداد اليوم - بغداد أكد رئيس هيئة النزاهة الاتحادية الدكتور محمد علي اللامي، اليوم الاثنين (7 أيلول 2026)، على تكامل الدورين التشريعي والرقابي في مواجهة الفساد وحماية المال العام. وذكرت الهيئة في بيان تلقته "بغداد اليوم"، أن اللامي استقبل عدداً من أعضاء مجلس النواب في مقر الأكاديمية العراقية لمكافحة الفساد، بحضور النائب الأول لرئيس الهيئة مظهر الجبوري والمدير العام للأكاديمية معتز فيصل العباسي، خلال ورشة تعريفيّة تناولت آليات عمل الهيئة واختصاصات دوائرها والتحديات التي تواجه أداء مهامها". ونوه اللامي بحسب البيان، بـ "أهمية الدور الذي تضطلع به السلطة التشريعية في إسناد الأجهزة الرقابية عبر تشريع القوانين الداعمة وتطوير المنظومة القانونية ذات الصلة"، مشدداً على "أهمية التعاون والتنسيق بين اللجان البرلمانية المختصة والهيئة بما يسهم في حماية المال العام". من جانبهم، أعلن أعضاء مجلس النواب "دعمهم الكامل لهيئة النزاهة بوصفها خط الصد الأول في مواجهة الفاسدين والمتعدين على المال العام"، مؤكدين "التزامهم تحت قبة البرلمان بدعم القرارات والتشريعات التي تستكمل المنظومة القانونية المنظمة لعمل الهيئة، وتعديل التشريعات التي تستدعي المراجعة لتعزيز فاعلية إجراءات مكافحة الفساد".

اعتراض نيابي على قرار مجلس الوزراء منع النواب من "طلب المعلومات والوثائق"
بغداد اليوم - بغداد أصدرت النائب في البرلمان هيام الياسري، اليوم الاثنين (7 أيلول 2026)، طلبا لرئاسة المجلس لمفاتحة مكتب رئيس الوزراء حول الكتاب الذي أصدره الى مؤسسات الحكومة حول عمل النواب. وبحسب بيان اطلعت عليه "بغداد اليوم"، فقد طالبت النائب رئاسة البرلمان بمخاطبة مجلس الوزراء لإلغاء الفقرة الرابعة من الاعمام الذي أصدره في وقت سابق، والذي وصفته بــ "تحجيم للدور الرقابي لمجلس النواب ومخالفة للدستور وقانون المجلس ونظامه الداخلي". كما وطالبت النائب أيضا بــ "استضافة" الأمين العام لمجلس الوزراء لمسائلته حول القرار الذي أصدره المجلس، مضيفة، ان على البرلمان تعديل القانون بما يضمن تمكين النواب من أداء عملهم ودورهم الرقابي "دون اجتهادات او تأويلات للتفسير القانوني تصدر عن السلطة التنفيذية". يشار الى ان مجلس الوزراء اصدر اعماما الى مؤسسات الحكومة يتضمن فقرة تمنع أعضاء مجلس النواب من "طلب المعلومات والوثائق" المتعلقة بعملها دون المرور عبر اللجان المختصة أولا.
